The template follows the size and slot you picked in the calculator. Build your artwork to the bleed size, keep everything that matters inside the safe area, and we trim on the line between them.

Prefer to print on the day?
Pre-printed cards are ideal when your delegate list is settled. When it is not β walk-ins, last-minute changes, VIPs confirmed the night before β we also run on-demand onsite instant check-in and badge printing at your venue: a delegate scans or gives their name, and their badge prints in seconds.

Onsite service is priced separately from the cards above β it depends on your headcount, venue, number of counters and event hours. Many events use both: PVC cards printed ahead for confirmed delegates, onsite printing at the door for everyone else.
Before you order
Is the price on this page the final price?
The Total payable in the calculator includes 9% GST, so it is what you pay for the cards themselves at the options you selected. The only thing not in it is delivery, which is quoted separately once we know the address and the date β self-collection from our office is free. Per-card rates and the rate card below are shown excluding GST, which is how printing is normally quoted.
When does printing actually start?
Printing begins only once we have received full payment and you have approved the artwork proof. Whichever of those two happens last is when the production clock starts β so the lead time is not counted from the day you place the order. We confirm the working delivery date once both are in.
How is GST handled?
Per-card rates and the rate card are quoted excluding GST, as printing normally is. The calculator adds GST at 9% to the order total, so the Total payable figure and your PDF quotation are GST-inclusive. Delivery, when it applies, is quoted separately and is also subject to GST.
What if my quantity isn't one of the rows?
The calculator handles any number from 10 to 2,000 β it charges the rate for the row at or below your quantity, so 250 cards are priced at the 200 rate. That means bumping up to the next row is sometimes cheaper in total; the calculator tells you when that happens.
What does "individual delegate details" cost?
It is a per-card add-on that falls with quantity: S$5.00 up to 50 cards, S$2.00 at 100, S$1.50 at 200, S$1.25 at 300, and S$1.00 from 400 cards up. It also adds 2 business days to production.
How do I send the delegate list?
Export it from your EventNook event, or send a spreadsheet with one row per delegate. We map the columns to the fields on your card and send a proof showing real names before the run starts.
What artwork do you need?
A print-ready PDF or AI file at 300dpi in CMYK, with 3mm bleed. The artwork template above gives you the exact document size, safe area and pixel dimensions for every card size. If you only have a design idea, our team can set the card up for you β tell us when you send the order.
Do you print on both sides?
Yes. Choose Double sided in step 4 and the calculator adds S$0.25 per card for full-colour printing on the back. You will need to send two artwork files, front and back, both set up to the same template. A printed back is where the agenda, floor plan, venue wifi or sponsor logos usually go.
Can you print badges onsite on the day instead?
Yes β on-demand onsite instant check-in and badge printing is available as an option. We bring the crew, printers and stock to your venue; delegates check in at the desk and their badge prints in seconds, which covers walk-ins and last-minute changes that a pre-printed run cannot. It is quoted separately from the cards on this page, based on headcount, venue, counters and event hours. Plenty of events use both β pre-printed PVC for confirmed delegates, onsite printing for everyone else. See onsite badge printing or email sales@eventnook.com.
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
No β we deliver within Singapore only, and we do not ship overseas. If your event is elsewhere, you are welcome to arrange your own freight from our office, or collect in person.
