There are 4 ways to register or check-in a guest:
  • Check-in by QR Scan
  • Check-in by Searching such as name, company, email
  • Walk-in Registration (walk-in guests who are not on the pre-registered list can be registered on the spot and print a badge)
  • Gust Substitution or amendments (the guest details can be changed on the spot and re-print a badge)

You can print any delegate details (custom fields such as name, category, title, QR Code, ID, track, etc.) registered in the system. Our user-friendly badge designer allows you to choose the fields to print on the badge and set the alignment, font name, font size, etc., to adjust and customize according to your badge size.

Yes, we can recommend environmentally friendly badge material. You can also avoid unnecessary plastic badge holders by using tear-resistant badge material with a hole.

The popular event badge sizes are 4x6 inch, 4x5 inch, 4x3 inch, 4x4 inch, and 3.5x5.5 inch. The size of a badge can be customized as well. Please note that not all printers will support custom sizes. Check out your printer specifications for the sizes supported. We can also recommend the size and printer models.

Yes, absolutely. Our software allows you to manage the event registration with your own device and equipment. The rental is optional.
